PndMasterTasks

The master tasks are a collection of tasks which define a default set of tasks to run for
simulation, digitization, reconstruction and pid.

They are called via the macros in macro/master

* :doc:`PndMasterRunSim` Master runner for the simulation stage. It calls the PndMasterSimTask
* :doc:`PndMasterRunAna` Master runner for the remainings reconstruction stages. It calls the various tasks.
